Disappointed
At this point I’m not even going to ask for help because I know I won’t receive any response. I just want to say as someone who has played sims since the original I am highly disappointed in the service being provided not just to myself but to my fellow simmers. The lack of response from anyone on the team is not just unprofessional it’s insulting to players who have spent over $1000.00. You go into the official discord and get no response other than to go to the forums where there is even less of a response. Do you not value your paying customers anymore? All we ask is for communication and for the money we have paid it’s the least we deserve. Shame on all of you at the company!Missing packs in game.
So I was playing my game when it suddenly said I no longer had certain content, I thought maybe it was some sort of bug so I closed app and restarted the game, it then yanked content from actual packs I own and have had installed for years, and now it's pulling even more, I've restored licence I've updated I've turned it on and off again, I've even uninstalled and reinstalled all the content but nothing is working, I've seen other ppl have the same issue with their ps4/ps5 but this is a huge problem pls help.
Installing Packs - PS5
Hello, everyone! So, I am encouraging an issue now that I have uninstalled and reinstalled The Sims 4. I have downloaded all packs one by one and when I go to play the game, it’s saying that some packs aren’t installed. I go to my storage and verified the pack is indeed installed. I’ve restarted the game and also uninstalled and reinstalled 2x and the same issue is happening. I am a PS5 Pro player. If anyone knows how to resolve this please let me know.
Missing expansion packs
I just tried to log in and play to resume my game from last night, but I am getting an error message saying that I don’t have certain expansion packs. But I most certainly do. When I go to view my managed game add ons it shows all of them, but when I go to the actual game and try to play it is only showing a few that I own. I am playing on my Xbox. Can anyone help me please?What?
First time posting here. I bought two expansion packs when they were on sale almost a year ago. The High School one and the Paranormal one. When i got on my PS to play it made me redownload the game. Now it’s saying that i never bought those two packs! I’m irritated. I don’t understand what’s going on but i want back what i paid for..
