All Forever Friends event rewards disspeared
Sorry for creating this thread wasn't sure what part to put it in, I uninstalled and reinstalled dining out and seasons as I am having issues with both to try to see if it would help my problem out ...

I completed the event the last day it happened and received all items. Then updated my game and everything is gone. I'm so mad. Ive spent over $1000 on this game. Have 90% of packs/kits. Its not fair that the sims devs don't care about console players. We're the ones who have to buy packs because we cannot do mods. We are always the last ones who receive fixes and sometimes no fixes at all. I'm going to just not buy the packs if thats how you treat people who have to pay full price for everything.
Please fix this. I want the items I played for.
TabithaHart Yes I did get them back I just waited for the picture to pop up that said play event on the home page before loading my game and altho the event came up as completed when I loaded my game it all came back, Altho I finished the event I never got the last 3 potions for some reason but I was not bothered I just wanted the items, If you go to the build mode and then on the right click filter then in special tab click event rewards see if they pop up then, they might be lost but its worth a try.
I do know how you feel tho, I now have error code 800 on movers and shaker lot in willow creek and I cant go into it or re-build on the lot, I also have lost dining out completely no hosts or chef turn up, its the same when I buy a lot and hire staff I can not open it the button just does not work when I click open. So I know how you feel about buying packs and them not working, I also agree with you that console players do not get looked after sadly 😔
