Gallery tab is missing from my library (console)
My gallery is missing from my library I have gone to game options, other and the online access is no longer there, I click link EA Account and it reloads my game with out my saved games, I log into my account and its the same. I have been linked before, is there just a problem at the moment? or is this something that is broken for me only? I am on the console xbox nex gen
Sims 4 crashing my Xbox X
I recently redownloaded the game after having it uninstalled for a while I have plenty of storage 4.1 tb free and I don't have any add-ons just the base game I deleted what saved data I had which wasn't a lot and it has no pending updates and my console itself is also up to date on all updates when I try to open the game I don't get past the very first screen because the entire console shuts down
BUG in The Sims for Xbox One
It has a bug Inside THE SIMS of Xbox One. I'm trying to create a room on the second floor of my gymn, that I accidentally removed. After I press the buttons of undo, it appears this bug that I cannot create a wall , because says this room doesn't exists. This problem appeared after the last update available to Xbox One. Please help me, what commands I need to write to return back this option to create wall again. Regards, Tamara

I own a bunch of sims 4 packs on my computer and yet when I linked my Xbox and ea account, I expected them to be there. It is not. I open the sims and it says it’s my account, and yet I don’t have access to any of my packs. Is this an issue internally or am I mistaken that the packs would transfer?

It occurs randomly during gameplay on my console after a few hours. What happens when the bug occurs? In the middle of gameplay the game stops suddenly and I get a blue loading screen with spinning plumbob and a message that says "We are updating your graphics settings so that you can continue to enjoy playing The Sims 4". What do you expect to see? If there is something I need to change on my console settings myself, I expect it to tell me what to do to avoid this happening. I haven't changed any settings myself and can't find any mention of this message anywhere affecting others. I've done a console reset twice and reinstalled all my content twice. I've power cycled numerous times. Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used. Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes Please describe the patch or change you made. It started a few months ago around the time I started to get a lot of crashing on save and exit and sometimes on travel or CAS then eventually on loading too. I already mentioned this on the feed about crashing on save and exit but it was suggested the 2 things weren't linked. It started after installing cottage living if memory serves me correctly. I'm extremely unhappy with the stability of the Sims 4 especially after purchasing a next gen Xbox specifically for this game after my Xbox one couldn't cope with all the content I had, it works fine for it's new owner with several games installed. I've had months of crashing on my brand new console and the feed on that subject has had no serious engagement from the Sims team, I've even reached out directly. I'm trying to get to the bottom of it myself but a lot of the research I'm doing mentions that graphics issues can cause crashing. So I want a definitive answer from devs or someone on the subject. I've spent so much money but every day I have issues, it takes 3 attempts to load my game now and I often have to restart my console in the middle of loading as it freezes. I play around 4/5 hours every single day. The 2 things did start around the same time so instead of putting up with the message I'm trying to get it resolved. If there is something that I need to change on my console to avoid this then I need to know, I've had enough of it now. If it's not linked to crashing then ok, that needs investigation for all of us separately as we have already reported. But everything I'm reading says graphics issues are a big factor in crashing.
