CAS Select Issue

So I’m in CAS like usual and I go to click on show all in full body and it doesn’t automatically go to the dress that the sim was already wearing. I thought it was strange so I tried to move L3 around to choose but the selector wouldn’t budge. It took several tries of going in and out of show all to get the result I wanted. I then went to take off the sim’s earrings and was met with the same issue. I did the same thing for a few items the sim was wearing, such as shoes and socks, and the same thing kept happening. I don’t know what’s happening, and I tried restarting the game several times and nothing changed. Send help am I the problem!?
