Hi can anyone tell me if City Living works. I have island living already and i did all the suggested comments to get city living back.  And is there a way to get the purschase refunded if that addon ...

I do still own it when I try to re-download it,it said I already have it, yes I do play it Ps5

Let's try the following:

  • Restore the licenses on your console 
  • Go to your Game Library 
  • Scroll to Your Collection
  • Select The Sims 4
  • Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
  • Select the DLC in this list and select Install
  • When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims
