Settings and online Gallery
I play on ps5, I had recently just wiped my whole system to factory settings and deleted all saves and such (horrible I know..) because it seemed my game has nothing but issues and potentially corrupt files. Well I just downloaded everything fresh and new, but now trying to play TS4 I am unable to access the online gallery or even maxis gallery.. I also cannot access some settings in game options, like environmental settings, pack settings, even gameplay settings. I have nearly all the game packs(not including kits) for the game and they all are downloaded(including kits). I even checked if the game needed an update. I've tried restoring licenses, powering down my system and turning it on, deleting and re-downloading the whole game and all saved data again. Absolutely nothing seems to be working. Im not sure if my system may be corrupted and causing issues with server connections but my internet is Absolutely perfect too(meaning i did a internet test). I even thought maybe it was my extended storage so I wiped that clean too...(thats where TS4 was stored originally). I even tried playing with my sims disk inserted and without(i have the disk version and the console store version. They basically count as the same version no matter which i use.)
Missing expansion packs
I just tried to log in and play to resume my game from last night, but I am getting an error message saying that I don’t have certain expansion packs. But I most certainly do. When I go to view my managed game add ons it shows all of them, but when I go to the actual game and try to play it is only showing a few that I own. I am playing on my Xbox. Can anyone help me please?Missing packs I've bought
I've recently had the issue where it says I don't own certain packs (that I've already bought long ago). I've had this issue before with the island living, but said screw it idk what happened I'm not buying it again. But now it's multiple packs I've bought saying I don't own them and to rebuy them again. I've put so much money into this game that this just makes me not want to play it.. idk if this helps but I recently got out of a toxic relationship and when I left he tried to sabotage a lot of my Xbox games. Could be have deleted them somehow? Is it by chance that I switched Xboxs, I was on an Xbox one and now I'm on an Xbox Xs, but if I remember correctly, this happened before I ever switched Xboxs. I'm not sure what to do as I'm not re buying these things for a third time.. this makes me just want to not play the game anymore.. i don't want to buy stuff just for it to say I don't own it anymore..It's also showing me I'm the menh I can't pick manage worlds or Can anyone help??City Living
Greetings. My situation differs but is very similar. My sims 4 profile says I already own “city living”, but it also says “download to use”, and once I proceed it doesn’t show up in my downloads to install at all. Ultimately I have yet to play “city living” and would love the opportunity to do so! Any recommendations to fix my problems would help! Thanks in advance!
Bundled Packs Question
Hi, so I purchased the Base game + Eco Lifestyle bundle used from GameStop.... however it didn't come with an activation key. Do The bundles not come with activation keys or did GameStop fumble? When I called them they couldn't find the activation key and instead gave me the phone number directly to EA offices which is clearly just a bot telling me to input my parties extension. otherwise, if there's no activation key, my console isn't auto starting this game or downloading. Can I get help or some advice? BC there's no other way to contact EA for support. There's no code on the inside cover, nowhere... and please forgive me for my ignorance BC I've not purchased a Sims Console disc since Sims 2 & recall the PC discs all having activation codes. Please help, as I purchased this used game 7 days ago from GameStop which is the limit to receive refunds on used items.
