Crashes and freezes

Im on ps5 and everytime I try to save my game the game crashes. That has been going on for a few months now. What's the point of building or even playing the events you always throw out if I can't save my game. I can't even keep my prizes i get from the nature's calling event because it crashes when I try to save. Also the update that went out today, the July 29th *update messed up my cheats bar. Everytime I put in a cheat the game freezes. I'm really exhausted playing this game now. Its not fun anymore. I'm tired. I just really hope you all start focusing more on fixing the game and not put out anymore packs right now. That's all we ask for. Please....
