Crashing

This is a real problem. I’m on PS5 and I’ve done everything to keep this save from crashing, and here I am about to quit The Sims 4 (again) because I can not save my progress. This game crashing when I travel, crashes when I’m doing random things around the lot and my favorite, when I’m trying to save. I’ve been doing the same activities over and over bc my game will not let me save. The game is literally unplayable when you can not save progress. This game is also the ONLY game that crashes on my PS5. Over $1000 spent on a game I can’t even enjoy. This is ridiculous. And yes, I’ve done EVERYTHING to keep this from happening.
