Dear EA, its me, are you there?

to start with, i do not own any mods before any of the admins tell me what to do. To start with, I originally had the sims 4 on ps4, I have all the DLCs, btw. In home design pack, when I get the likes and dislikes from clients, i enter build mode and still have the blue swatch. I get the "checking quality" also. And then, when I leave the lot, to travel, I get an error, with no code, but "Application stopped working"  I cannot download something without gallery because I also get booted. I assumed it was my console. So i fell for the trick and purchased a ps5, and guess what? It was never my console. It on your end. Now look, about 1300$ , I've spent, I feek really stupid to do that. Why? Because you guys refuse to check things and refresh anything. I cant get a refund on all my packs, and I notice theres a FB group of over a million people that are deciding to boycott because they are getting the same issues and nobody is listening. We dont need anymore packs, we need YOU to fix this situation. With upcoming simulators , like Inzoi and Para lives, I have a feeling that people are going to abandon the sims 4 completely because the community isn't being heard.
