Deck the Palms event tab not showing/unable to access gallery

When I log onto the game the event tab for the Deck the Palms event does not appear. I have checked and I am online and my account is linked. On the right side of the screen there is a notice saying 'last chance to redeem gifts' and to press X to claim but when doing so the event tab still doesn't appear. I have also tried redeeming from live mode but the tab still isn't there. I am also unable to access the gallery, as it only shows only my library instead. I have only redeemed around half of the rewards but I am unable to redeem any more as the event tab is not showing. It seems some days the event tab will appear and others it won't (but mostly doesn't). But nothing seems to be working. I play on a console (Xbox series X)
