Dig Sites Not Spawning At All

I am on PlayStation 5 and I can't get the dig sites to spawn at all, not just respawn, they just aren't there at all. My game is up to date, I've even uninstalled and reinstalled, restored liscense, saved and quit the game more times then I can count. Not even the science job is spawning dig sites. I've been to EVERY world that I have and there are absolutely NO dig sites ANYWHERE. The frogs are there but that's it. 

I have done everything I can think of to get them to spawn but nothing is happening. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this problem?
