Discovery quest problem PS5

Issue:
I’m experiencing a persistent bug with Discovery Quests in The Sims 4 on PS5 — specifically the “Always on the Move” quest shows blank text instead of objectives or descriptions.
I have tried the following steps to resolve the issue:
- Restarted the game and console
- Cleared the PS5 cache (full shutdown and unplugged)
- Verified the game is fully up to date
- Reinstalled the game twice
- My save files are unaffected otherwise, but this quest issue has been stuck for months now.
Expected Result:
The “Always on the Move” quest should display clear objectives and be completable.
Actual Result:
The quest shows up blank — no text, no direction, and cannot be completed.
Reproduction Steps:
- Load game on PS5
- Wait for Discovery Quest notification or check Simology panel
- Observe blank quest text (under Discovery Quests)
This issue is making it impossible to complete the quest or progress in that feature. Please let me know if there’s a workaround or if a fix is in the works.
