EA account M3DUSA7326 Cats and Dogs

Hi,

I know I purchased the cats and dogs expansion pack on my Medusa Xbox account. For some reason, it’s not letting me load into it or is trying to make me purchase it again. I’m not sure why or what the issue is but I bought it last year. I wanted to see if the same issue was on my laptop and it seems to be working fine.
