EA account not linking to Sims
Every time i log into Sims 4 on my Xbox, my gallery says I havent linked my EA account, even though ive gone back and unlinked it and linked it again and reset my consol, and when I go to game options and click link EA account it says Account Linked every time but it still doesnt work. Any help is gratefully appreciated!!

If you haven't already, can you try power cycling your Xbox before trying to link your EA account again? Are you seeing any error messages in that process?
It might be worth checking your Connected Accounts page to see if your Xbox gamertag is listed under the correct account that reflects how long you've been playing The Sims 4. Let us know what you're seeing and we can continue from there, thanks!
