EA Sales not Available at XBox Site

The EA sales price and bundle (Sims 4: Business and Hobbies) disappears when redirected to the XBox site for purchase, stating it is not available, and the expansion pack is only available for full price.

Is there a way to have XBox honor the sales price, or does EA need to let XBox know they are running a sale.

The sale is for PC/MAC on the EA app. Playstation and Xbox hold their own sales for games. The EA app has sales every few months for those who use the platform via PC or MAC.

Not sure why EA has the option from their sales page to purchase for XBox then.

So, creators of sims 4, there is problem 🤔 the big spring sale does show for PC and Mac, but not for Console or Xbox. Please fix this. P.S please have someone fix the freezing problem I have with my sims 4 game I am Console user and even with the updates I still have same problems 😅 please help.

Omg the same here please help fix this also how to fix my gallery going missing my xbox said I was online and there are no things in the other menu in game to relink but when I go on my phone and check the ea app it said it was linked someone please help
