I noticed the same thing with the bonus High School Years content. I think it has something to do with PSN being down. My best guess is that EA servers can’t access our accounts to verify we bought the packs in time for the extra content…which doesn’t make sense to me for a game that can be played completely offline.
Hopefully there’s an official response soon.
