Error: 0 when saving

Every save file I have on Xbox one eventually stops saving and says Error: 0. How do I fix this? Or is it just a issue with sims 4 on the console? I also have tons of storage. Also a few of the world...

I have been getting this too! And it keeps deleting my households and making me start over. It’s getting to the point I don’t even wanna play anymore!
