Error when saving and when scrolling

Well, after a long time I write again just to try to find help since it is impossible to continue playing like this.

I already commented a few months ago that since the beginning of November the game has become unplayable since as soon as I save the game (approximately 75% of the time) and when I move (90% of the time) I get an error and it leaves the game directly.

I have to say that after reading in the forums to look for a solution I have tried everything, clear cache, uninstall and reinstall the game, renew license, even save each time in a new game and remove the oldest without obtaining result.

Also comment that I own practically all the packs, with the exception of adventure, enchanted nature, trip to batuu and some of the "little ones" as portents of the point among others. I have built some buildings from the library, but always using the base for play station, which is what I play with.

Please, if it happens to someone else to comment on it since if among all PS and XBOX users we make strength it is possible that they will give us some solution since the users of the consoles I think we are the most forgotten of the game.
