EXTERIOR TRIM
Ite I always have issues with exterior trim. For example here you can see how they randomly disappear or can’t add to room cause it says “can’t find object” and “room not found” Also this room...

Hi, I've noticed the trim sometimes doesn't work properly if I expand the room onto the edge of the room below or above from inside instead of starting by placing the room from the edge and expanding inwards, it acts like it's a completely different room/wall (if that makes sense) or if I use the draw room tool instead of the full room tool, the draw room tool doesn't recognise it for me sometimes as a proper room as it doesn't have a ceiling.
If you open your cheats, use bb.showhiddenobjects, then go to your roofing, pick the square roof, and place it where the game thinks there’s no ceiling and you can add your trim
