@helenajade863 When using the version cheat on the console, you have to scroll to the top to see the actual version number. The GP is for packs and not the base game.
Please go through each troubleshooting step one at a time and see if it resolves your issue.
1. Turn off Your system completely
- Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
- Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
- Plug the console power cable back in.
- Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.
2. Make sure your game is up to date.
- To set your console to automatically receive updates:
- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
- Select System > Settings > System > Updates & downloads.
- Select Keep my console up to date for console and Keep my games & apps up to date for games and apps.
3. Make sure your Console system software is up to date.
- Make sure your console is connected to the internet, and then press the Xbox button to open the guide.
- Select System > Settings > System > Updates & downloads.
- Under Updates, you’ll see:
- Console update available. Select this button to begin your update, or
- No console update available. This means your console is up to date
4. Uninstall and Reinstall the Game.
- Before you can reinstall a game, you must first uninstall it from the console's hard drive. To uninstall a game:
- Press the Xbox button to open the guide, then select My games & apps and then Games.
- Highlight the game you want to uninstall, press the Menu button, and then select Uninstall.
You can then reinstall the game by inserting the disc or downloading it again from the Microsoft Store. To download the game again, go to My games & apps > Games and then select the game title from Ready to install.
Thanks for your support I have tried all the options you have given
My console is up to date with
I only uninstalled the magic pack and the issues were resolved.
once I reinstalled the pack the issues continued
I'm abit hesitant to unistall all the packs and games as when I removed the magic pack once it was installed again all the progress I had done with building was lost so Im not fully confident in doing this as I don't want to loose any progress as I have over 100+ hrs of game play saved

@helenajade863 The only objects that should disappear from a build are the ones related to the pack you didn't reinstall. So long as you reinstall all the packs, you should have no trouble with items disappearing. You can back your save up to the cloud before you uninstall/reinstall your game if you are worried about losing save progress.
There have been many reports since the December patch of crashing with these specific instances: traveling, exit/entering build mode and CAS.

That's what I thought would happen but none of the items restored it just kept the items the pack content was replaced with. I've seen alot of people reporting the same issue... Is there any contact information for the game development team to raise awareness of the issues? Or isit just these forms?
