Gallery Error and Missing Content

On top of crashes and the gameplay screen twitching, glitching out to the point I can't play the game. I can't save any of my builds or lots to the gallery. Also, Business and Hobbies preorder items disappear from builds and items catalog whenever I play the game offline.
