Gallery issue

The gallery has been tell me for the past few days that I don’t owned my packs and I looked in pack selections and it said owned and installed. I checked my storage on my console and it’s installed but when I clicked my sim I made with said not owned packs it told me that since I don’t owned those pack they would be removed. I clocked yes anyway and the everything I have put on my sim including the packs that it said I didn’t owned was on my sim. This really need to be fixed and it’s an issue because it’s telling people they don’t owned their packs.
