GAME IS CONSTANTLY CRASHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

im on console and since the update my game is unplayable 

frezzes crashes everytime try to save in live mode and bulid mode i cant dowload anything from the gallary or post anything on the gallery loading times are almost 20 mins now then crashes traveling crashes loading screens crashes EVERYTHING CRASHES!!!!!!!!! my game is unplayable this is so irritating
