Game Issue

The game won’t  let me to put my internet in. I disconnect and connected again but it’s still telling me that’s the game doesn’t have connection and it not letting me get the stuff from the event “ the call of nature”. I try all what appears in google to fix it but still the same I play in console. 

another bug that it has it’s with the pack of long leave love. The bar of love in my sims it’s never up every single time. I tried them to have a date or a loving conversations even though they are not fighting the bar turns out coming red or if it’s  up all the way it will just disappear and it will be empty, and when I try to make them have a lovely Conversation they will just turn into a red part, even though my sims are very happy with each other and they are in love with each other i’ve been having that problem for a very long time already and when I try to fix it, I will reset my sims  receptor game and still will not work. They will still have very a lot of issues when they try to have a love one with them.
