Game Loads to ~85% and Freezes

I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the entire game. This is part of newest patch, latest issues. Upon first trying to get on to the save, it will load to about 85% and freezes. Uninstalling everything did help, but I just do not have the time to do this every time. So, hopefully this gets fixed or it is officially the end which means I am on a new timeline, for sure.
