Game reset completely

I've been playing the sims for years and have saves that I have been playing for years. When I opened the game after an update I found that all my saves had been delated. It was as if the game thought I was a new player. Some saves I have saved to the gallery, but others are completely lost forever. I play on console do I have no mods or CC. Someone needs to fix this.

Sorry to hear that your saves went missing. If you have your games saved to cloud storage, you should be able to retrieve those saves by following these steps. Otherwise, I'm afraid we aren't able to help restore saves.
