Getting stuck in loading screen

I play on a Xbox with my internet hardwired to the console. Here lately I’ve been getting stuck on the loading screen. Sometimes it will load but most times I end up getting stuck. And it will sit there for hours and doesn’t move or nothing. I’ve reset the Xbox and nothing. I don’t know if it’s a bug or some kind of other issue. Any advice would help. Or hopefully the Sims team will see this and find out what’s wrong
