Help please

Does this ever happen to anyone when the game just randomly quits and you lose all unsaved data?

I also been having a problem with the rain going through the roof and ceiling and making it seem like it's raining inside. When will they fix this? I mean i don't want to shut off the rain because then it'd be kinda pointless to even have the seasons expansion pack

Also why cant I use the household the I like and just start over with all new relationships woth other sims. It's like everyone I decide to reuse my old sims household it's like Im just continuing where I left off instead of starting anew all over? Does anyone have that problem?

    Every problem you listed i have the same problem and I think with the saved sims they updated to where it transferees all their information from the game into the gallery when saved because I sometimes be forgetting my sims be pregnant and I would save them and then pull them out the gallery for another save and they still be pregnant (which is annoying) the only thing that doesn't save is the relationships🧍‍♂️
