I beg

Listen please don’t ban me I beg. I am low key heartbroken 😢. My man signed out my ps5 account on ps5. Normally when you do this everything is still saved. But when I logged back in everything from sims was gone. Fully. Nuttin but start new game. The saves I spent years building… all my sims. Gone. Like thousands and thousands of hours no cap. All of the limited edition items I spent time doing the challenges all gone 😢 do you know if there’s any way I can get it back ? The saves anything? At the very least the limited edition stuff? I’m an OG sims 4 player since day 1 but now I feel like a freshie 😢I really don’t know what to do or how to fix it. I beg 😢 all my families , houses , apartments , buildings 😢😭😭 💔💔💔  like frfr 😭 please help yes I buy all the packs, I even have two copies of most cause I brought them on Mac too so I can play when my man’s on ps. I know I haven’t invested as much as shareholders but I’ve defo invested more than your average customer 😭 I’ll do anything I swear .. I’ll even do all those challenges again to get the limited edition stuff if you let me 😭… but if that’s just to rack up game play hours i swear I give you more game play hours in build mode and cas.

    Simian868​ I'm not sure if this will help as I play on xbox next gen but this happens to me a lot, mostly when I crash you just have to leave the game off for a little bit and then log back in, if still happening then leave it a bit longer I'm not sure why it does this but mine comes back adventurely. I hope this helps and works for you too 🙂

    Your saves should still be on the ps5s hard drive, they shouldn't have disappeared unless they were deleted from the hard drive 🤔 Have you logged into your EA account to see if your PSN is still linked to your EA account? Other thing is restoring the license for the sims on the ps5, that might help and make sure you've got the right account set to primary on the console too. Hope you can get your game stuff back 🤞

    It’s still not working I lost everything 💔💔😭😭 like a day one simmer 😭😭all my builds my families 😭😭is there any way I can at least get the items for the event rewards , I can’t get it as cc cause I’m on console 😭😭 I spent timeeeee doing those challenges 😭😭😭

    Is sims saves saved anywhere to a cloud server anywhere cause my saves took me so long. 1 apartment took me 6+ months solid and I couldn’t even upload it to the gallery cause it was bugging 😭😭 my saves are deep 😭😭 I have to start from scratch trying to remember exactly how I built the whole world , each house… each sim .. cause that’s how I play the game…might be tism.. all my saves are the same world same main family in different time periods. Losing my whole world having to start from scratch is deep for me 😭😭 i won’t be able to make it exactly the same as it was 😭😭

    That shouldn't have happened, your saves should still be saved on the hard drive of the ps5 so that's weird you've lost access to them 😢 if your man has a ps+ subscription and you actively uploaded them to the PSN cloud save on his console they should be able to be used again. Have you tried setting the console to primary through his PSN profile and then signing in through your profile on the same console? What happens when you load up the sims on your profile, does it just ask you to start a new game with no option to load a save? I totally understand how much your saves mean to you, mine are the same for me so feel your pain 🙁
