I’m on PS5. I keep getting this error message when I open the sims 4. It also won’t let me download the new update because of it. I tried signing out of my PS5 and back in, I tried restoring the license. Tried restarting the PlayStation. Tried logging out of the PS5 app and back in on my phone. I don’t know why it’s giving me this error.
This is happening to many of us unfortunately. I had to start a new save to figure out a bunch of content is missing even though it is all installed. It may be best not to play until they fix it. Sure glad I paid all that money for stuff I can't access.
Ugh it was working fine until the update. I tried uninstalling the game completely and reinstalling but it’s still not working. So frustrating when we pay so much for it 😭

The same thing is happening to me now as well. After the update things were fine for a bit but now my games are all completely unplayable. I’ve followed the steps, I redownloaded deleted redownloaded and nothing. Disappointed considering I just bought kits yesterday.
