playing HELP

hello idk if this will actually get a answer but I cant play I haven't been able in months on the ps5 it tells me I have to get packs to play and I literally own 98% of the packs and the and the add on "s so idk what is happening pleaseeeee HELP

Hey there snowyouknowwhite

First please verify that all your DLC is fully installed to your console with the steps here:

Restore the licenses on your console

Go to your Game Library

Scroll to Your Collection

Select The Sims 4

Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here

Select the DLC in this list and select Install

When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims

If you're being prompted to re-purchase your DLC, take a look at your PSN account's transaction history to verify that you're logging into the same PSN account you made these purchases on.
