I am missing packs that I own. When I go to the world I am missing worlds that I know I own and it says that I own them and I can't find them or reinstall them. Also the gallery freezes when you're trying to download something off the gallery.

Also all the build by items aspirations and things are showing up but the worlds their self are not showing up
I'm playing on my same account and it is saying owned and installed but they're not showing up when I go to play I'm missing jungle adventure outdoor adventure and royalty and legacy which is all owned and installed but when I go to my main world to change where I'm living those are not showing up

Do the packs appear as deactivated under Marketplace > My Collections? If so, you'll need to select the ones you want and activate them so they appear in-game. This was fixed in the most recent patch, if you haven't gotten that update yet.
Are those packs appearing as owned in the EA App and are in your order history page? If not, you've likely signed in to the wrong account and will need to locate the account you purchased those packs on to regain access.
