Moving sims 4 from ps4 to ps5

Hi, I have a ps4. I have the physical copy of the sims 4 and then I have multiple expansion packs that I downloaded from the playstation store. I am looking to upgrade to the ps5 but I am just wondering is there a way to transfer all my sims from ps4 to the ps5? Thanks very much
