So I did manage to get access to my library unfortunately it is corrupted, if I want to have access to the rest of the gallery I have to just cut my losses. I am going to try and preserve what I can of my library by having a save file dedicated to Sims, builds, rooms, pictures. To try and resave them after my library disappears.
If you don't have PS plus unfortunately your library is gone I am so sorry.
If you do have PS Plus please save your library you never know when something's going to go wrong
