My whole saved game file on Xbox One, GONE!

Lost my 7 + years sims file after installing the Enchanted by nature expansion pack. Lost everything! 7 + years of game play multiple generations GONE! Console Xbox One. I give up on this game and I have every game, stuff and kit pack.
