Nature's Calling Event Not Triggering

I am playing The Sims 4 on my PS5; however, I have the game on PC as well and my EA account is linked to both platforms.

I have completed the Nature's Calling event on PC but the event will not trigger on my PS5. I have tried making a new save to see if it would pop up on a new save but it did not.

I also looked in Build/Buy under the Events filter to see if I already had the rewards from completing the event on PC. I do not.

I don't know what else to do to get the event to show up on my PS5. I obviously have never used any mods on this platform because console doesn't support it. The family and lot I'm playing were both created on my PS5; they were not imported from a PC via the Gallery.
