Hello I'm playing Sims 4 on PS4 and all of a sudden my rewards from the "Nature's Calling" event have disappeared. The tattoo is not showing up, the bathing suit is gone when I go to the main event menu it says I've collected all my prizes but they're not in my inventory. I can't find an answer anywhere.
I am having the same issue. I'm on the quest where you have to use the wooden throne. Went to place it from my storage- gone. Went to purchase it in build/buy- gone. Went to build it myself- gone along with the table, chair, and my reclaimed woodworking table. I haven't looked in CAS for the tattoo or the swimsuits/sandals, but I assume they're gone as well. So frustrating and I'm unable to find answers as well.
While digging around, I noticed all my event rewards from the Reaper event are gone as well.
I've also got this bug, I'm able to complete the quests but unable to redeem any rewards from the Natures calling event, it states I need internet connection to redeem the rewards, I've checked my Wi-Fi and it is connected as I can access the gallery. I haven't noticed items disappearing as I haven't been able to redeem any of the items yet! Hope this gets fixed soon as the event is nearly over and I would be gutted if I missed out on the rewards!

I play with PS4 and cannot collect rewards starting from wooden throne. Before that I got all prices by just clicking COLLECT ALL-button. Now it says that I'm offline and cannot do anything. I've checked the connection, it works perfectly, but still nothing. This is just so frustrating. You spend a lot of money on packs and extension packs and nothing works properly.
Hi. Try log back in on your EA account from the settings in the game menu.
Reconnect your EA account ...go into game options ... go to other i think and recheck the link ea account and restart the game
I am having the same problem, but on XBOX
I'm playing on PC and happened same with me after the last Sims4 update. Can't finish the event, stuck on the 'use the wooden throne' quest. I tried re-link the accounts (steam and EA games) with the game, nothing has solved the problem. It's very disappointing and frustrating.
I tried that after seeing a lot of other people say it fixed their issue, but mine doesn't have that option. I'm not able to log in because I'm not logged out. I still have full access to the gallery, I'm just missing the event stuff.
Edit to add: I'm playing on PS5 and I'm missing all my stuff from other events as well. ☹️
