[NCQE] Nature's calling event won't trigger

I'm on ps5 and I've played all day yesterday and a few hours today and the nature's calling event won't show up or trigger to start 
playstation

Is your gamertag properly linked with your EA account? You can check by looking over the Connected Accounts section of your EA details here.

UPDATE

Just had to log into my EA account like @ Roanel_Lee mentioned. To comment on the forum, you'd have to log into your EA account. when you start up your game again, you'll see the "Events" tab right next to the "Store" tab
