[NCQE] Nature's calling event won't trigger

I am on Xbox Series S and I can't get the event to trigger. I am logged into EA, I restarted the game, restarted the xbox. cleared the cache and hard restarted the xbox, restarted the router, and cleared the Mac address. 

I can connect to the store but if I try to click on anything else that requires an internet connection, it says it's unable to go online. That's probably why the event won't trigger, but I am connected online... I didn't understand....
