Not finding Quest Enchanted by Nature and my profile

Hi,

I wanted to do the quest Enchanted by Nature but it doesn't appear on my game.

I tried two different saves and I don't have any window opening.

I am suppose to have a plumbob and leaves at the top of the screen to find the quest.

But I don't have it.

On the home screen, there is some window saying there is the quest, but when I click on it to play, nothing appened.

And also, when I go in the gallery, I can't find my profile and catalog anymore.

Maybe there is a link between those two issues. But I checked on my EA account, and it's well connected to my PSN account.

Does anyone had the same problem or know how to fix it ? Or is it a general beug ?

I really want to play this quest.
