Not loading to the main menu!!

Hi I play on Xbox one. And up until yesterday the most I had was long loads. Yesterday I loaded up my Xbox tried to load sims and it was stuck not even 1/4 of the way threw the loading screen for 4 hours!!! I spent from 11am -8pm going pack by pack deleting and adding untill I found the problem (10!! 10 packs in total I own and had to uninstall to get my sims to load) then today the pregnancy patch comes threw. Now I spent all that time yesterday making sure I could load making sure I could play. My Xbox forced the update this afternoon and guess what now I'm stuck back on the stupid less that 1/4 load. And don't say "pick a new save" I CANT!!!!! I can't even load into the main menu to pick a save so how do I pick a new save. This really needs to be fixed i didn't spend money on all but one pack to not be able to use 10 of them and then not even be able to load into my game.
