When playing the new week of the Nature's Calling Event yesterday and it came time to collect the rewards to build the wooden throne my game told me I wasn't online so it couldn't be claimed. I play on Xbox and made sure I was connected to the internet. I closed out of the game multiple times, I restarted my console and disconnected and reconnected the internet but nothing fixed it. I am not sure how to finish the event otherwise.
I may have a fix for this!
in game options: open “other”, under the “adjust margins” button.. there should be a “link EA account” button… click that and relink your account! I had the exact same issues and this 100% fixed it for me and my gallery is up and working again! Best of luck! 🩷
Ooh thank you! I knew there had to be some way to do it in game, I’ll have to check later. I never updated from the patch yesterday either so I’m hoping that may help too!! Thank you!!
