Packs bought for PS4 not available on PS5
For some reason my packs didn’t transfer from my ps4 to ps5 even though it’s the exact same accounts. Help :(

I split your post to the console forum. AFAIK they should transfer between the same console type,
Someone else will assist you further but you might need to contact support.

Were you previously game-sharing your packs? Please look over the transaction history on your PS account to verify that you're logging into the same account you originally purchased these packs on.
