Possible fix for natures calling rewards glitch ps4/5 possibly xbox as well

Hey, so I may have accidently discovered a fix for everyone having that pop up of "having to be online to save event progress" when trying to claim rewards after last patch.

I cant figure out how to put this in the bug report section so hopefully it reaches people here in general discussions.

Sign out of your console entirely, to the point you have to reenter your email/account info and enter your password to sign in. 

 

I did this completely by accident on ps5 because I was trying to change my sign in email to an email I actually use now instead of a junk email and now I can claim rewards again.

    If you go to the "game options" tab under the menu on the opening page and go to "Other" on the side, there should be a "link ea account" button on the lower right corner. After I linked on the Playstation, it let me get the event rewards. This was after i checked on my computer that my Playstation was linked on the ea account online already when I logged on to it on computer. Hope this helps someone else!
