[ps4] DLC Packs show up as new every time I load into the game

Every time I load into the game the dlc packs that I own pop like there are new, and I’m just getting them for the first time. It’s quite annoying as I have to click though 30+ packs to exit before I can even play the game- ands sometimes this actually causes my system to crash. 
furthermore every time I load in every item that isn’t a base game item shows up with a star like it’s new and it’s honestly so very annoying when I’m trying to build.
