PS4 lagging & no gallery access

The game has been almost unplayable because it lags so bad & constantly crashes. Not to mention the gallery hasn’t been connecting since I got the new pack & I know my connection is strong. And as far as the new pack goes, the fairy wings constantly disappear or they just appear to be one color.  Pleassse fix this stuff cause it’s literally not even fun to play right now 😭
