I tried all of the above mentioned options and still getting the same problem of the game not saving from build mode or after closing build mode.

Community ManagerLet's try these steps as well:
- Remove a number of lots, room, or households that you currently have saved in your Library section of The Gallery- specifically larger lots or more complex lots that use many items.
- If you are using all 10 save file slots, you'll need to delete some of the older and larger save files that you no longer use.
- Check your Sim's inventory and delete your saved photos to allow for more space.
