Hi @Randomuser_idc,

The Sims 4 doesn't really have an auto-save feature like other games- instead it saves at specific intervals such as travelling, or exiting to Manage Worlds. You'll need to be sure you save often to avoid losing any progress.

As for the crashing- is this happening to you often?
