@iBossDiva I wish my problem was a simple as a download error. My problem is the DLC I purchased as pre-order yesterday is now showing on my console as NOT OWNED! That is a bigger problem. I can't even try to DL the content because my PS4 doesn't know I own it.
Who do I contact for THIS!? EA? Yeah right how do you even do that other than spam tweeting all the gurus in a chain? Sony? I've done that before & have been told call the developer. But since this is an item there store won't recognize I own I guess I'll call them 1st... goodie.
I have the theme downloaded to my console so at least I know the console can DL something from Maxis. And I have the email receipt saying I pre-ordered the game.
But honestly how does this happen on both consoles the day after Maxis makes a big bold promise to stop ignoring the console players!?
I literally only decided to early gift myself this for Christmas because of that gallery announcement & I have tomorrow off.
