I preordered the university pack. Waited ten hours to be able to play this addons. It allowed me to download the theme but Not the pack itself.
I deactivated and reactivated Primary and Restored Licenses. Also tried to redownload from the browser store and not ps4 store. The same two errors keep popping up, refusing to restore licenses for this addons.
ERROR CODES: NP-39227-3 and CE-37700-7

- @iBossDiva I wish my problem was a simple as a download error. My problem is the DLC I purchased as pre-order yesterday is now showing on my console as NOT OWNED! That is a bigger problem. I can't even try to DL the content because my PS4 doesn't know I own it.
Who do I contact for THIS!? EA? Yeah right how do you even do that other than spam tweeting all the gurus in a chain? Sony? I've done that before & have been told call the developer. But since this is an item there store won't recognize I own I guess I'll call them 1st... goodie.
I have the theme downloaded to my console so at least I know the console can DL something from Maxis. And I have the email receipt saying I pre-ordered the game.
But honestly how does this happen on both consoles the day after Maxis makes a big bold promise to stop ignoring the console players!?
I literally only decided to early gift myself this for Christmas because of that gallery announcement & I have tomorrow off. - @iBossDiva Try a database rebuild or remove external drives-> turn off power-> unplug your console's power cord from the console not the wall-> wait 3 minutes-> plug back in-> turn back on. This worked for me.
My console didn't even think I owned the DLC before & now it is installed & working. Good luck.
